ABOUT FLANDERS BAR

It is a tribute to this underground redoubt of rock and all things heavy metal that Iron Maiden make a point of dropping by whenever they?re in town. Spawned from Bruxelles' reputation in the '70s as a rock bar and a meeting place for like minded souls, The Flanders was set up to accommodate the pub's growing legions of rock heads. Although at first glance, you may think you've wandered into some Stygian waiting room for Mad Max rejects, stay awhile and it grows on you. Where else can you go to have a beer with your mates and enjoy music played at '11', you can only play at home with a public health warning! And if Iron Maiden's endorsement's not enough, rock video legends, Anvil were the most recent visitors.
